All WSA Group customers whose content is disabled or deactivated will receive a notice of copyright infringement, and may provide Counter Notification by emailing legal@worldseoagency.com and including the following: a) an electronic signature of the Customer; b) identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled; and c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the Customer has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, and stating the reasons for this belief. Upon receipt of a Counter Notification, as described above, WSA Group shall promptly provide the Complaining Party with a copy of the Counter Notification, and inform such Complaining Party that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in ten (10) business days. WSA Group will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it not less than ten (10), nor more than fourteen (14), business days following receipt of the Counter Notification, unless WSA Group first receives notice from the Complaining Party that such Complaining Party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the Infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on WSA Group system or network.

9. Limitation of Liability

WSA Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if WSA Group, has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of client’s transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by client to for the past three months of the service in question.
